A fun and friendly event taking place on Saturday 25th July 2026.

Open to both children and adults – new and novice riders.

School horses are available to our clients to hire.

Both ridden and in-hand classes.

Clear round available (WEATHER PERMITTING)
(Cash payment on the day at ring-side)

For our clients – School horse hire £65 for the day.
+ classes £14 each. (School horses do a maximum of 4 classes, up to 3 ridden)

Outsiders and own horses welcome. Please ensure that vaccines are fully up to date.

CLASSES: (9:30am start time)

1. Tack and Turnout – to be judged on presentation of horse, cleanliness of tack & horse & rider’s turnout.
2. Lead Rein – suitable for riders 3-9yrs. Riders experience to be taken into consideration.
3. Equitation Junior – Suitable for riders aged 7-13yrs. To be judged on rider’s balance, position & rapport with the horse.
4. Equitation Senior- Open to riders aged 14+. To be judged on rider’s balance, position & rapport with the horse.
5. Ridden Coloured – Open to piebald, skewbald and roan horses/ponies.
6. Ridden Cob – Open to hogged show cobs & traditional cobs
7. Ridden Pony – Open to any pony under 14.2hh.
8. Ridden Horse – Open to any horse above 14.2hh.
9. Ridden Veteran – Open to any horse or pony aged 15 years or over.

IN HAND CLASSES: (10am start time)

10. Junior Handler – Open to all horses and ponies shown by a handler aged up to 14yrs old.
11. Handsome Gelding – Open to all geldings – horses and ponies
12. Bonny Mare – Open to all mares – horses and ponies
13. In Hand Coloured – For any piebald, skewbald or non roan horses and ponies.
14. In Hand Veteran – Open to any horse or pony aged 15yrs and over.
15. Best Condition in Hand – Open to any horse or pony.
