We offer a range of school holiday activities with horses and ponies every year. Here you’ll find an overview of our usual camps, special days, and equestrian experiences.

Pony Parties – for birthdays, special occasions, or just because you love ponies!
Pony Days
Spend the whole day at Follifoot Park Riding Centre getting to know and care for a pony. Each Pony Day includes one riding lesson, and either a bareback ride or a session on one of our mechanical horse simulators. Our Pony Days are a great way for a child to experience a taste of riding and horse-care.
Own a pony for a day!
If you enjoyed our Pony Days and are ready for more, or you’ve already spent some time around horses, this is for you. The Own A Pony days give riders the chance to really experience what it’s like to have a horse of your own. An hour and a half of supervised riding is included. Children must be able to independently tack up, walk, trot, and canter to take part in Own A Pony days.
We organise many more school holiday activities with horses.
For example, picnic rides, stable management, or just a hack around the beautiful countryside near Harrogate. Check our events calendar for details of our upcoming activities.
