The outdoor riding arena at Follifoot Park Riding Centre is a fantastic spot for riders to enjoy the open air while improving their skills. The arena measures 20 by 40 meters. This offers plenty of room for all kinds of riding activities, including dressage and jumping. When creating the arena, we invested in lighting and surfacing to keep you and your horse safe and comfortable.
One of the standout features of our outdoor riding arena is its floodlighting. Whether you’re an early bird or prefer to ride in the evening, the floodlights ensure that the arena is well-lit. Not only is this safer, it offers more flexibility to riders. This is a great bonus, especially during the shorter days of winter when daylight hours are limited. You can keep up with your riding schedule no matter the time of day, which is great for people fitting their riding around their work!

The all-weather waxed sand surface is another big plus. Crafted by Equestrian Surfaces for outdoor arenas, this surface is designed to perform well in all kinds of conditions.
